Instructions

Participants in the Total Home Energy Savings Program can upload their Direct Deposit Enrolment forms securely on this site. Those in the Oil to Heat Pump Affordability stream can use this site to upload the following documents:

  • Income Tax Notice of Assessment(s) or Proof of Income Statement from the Canada Revenue Agency for both you and your spouse or common law partner (if applicable).
  • Proof of your primary residence. (Valid, government issued identification with your name and address, such as a driver’s license. Your identification must match the name and address on your application.)

Important: To apply for Direct Deposit, you must upload a Direct Deposit Enrolment Form including a Financial Institution Stamp OR a Direct Deposit Enrolment Form and a voided cheque.
