Participants switching from oil to a heat pump through the Total Home Energy Saving Program are required to submit two documents along with their selected contractor quotes.
1. Advance Payment Form (link will be provided when ready)
2. Direct Deposit Enrolment Form
The Advance Payment Form allows you to receive money up front to help transition your home from oil heating to electric heat pumps. This form is submitted with your quotes and contains additional Terms and Conditions stating that all provided information is valid. The form contains a table to itemize your contractor quotes for the eligible upgrades as part of your heating transition. Detailed instructions are included in the form.
You will still be eligible for the additional incentives in the Total Home Energy Savings Program if these advance funds do not cover 100% of the costs.
Step 1: Download, fill out, and sign the Advance Payment Form. (will be provided when ready)
Step 2: Save all your contractor quotes in a digital format, either by scanning them, taking a clear photo or saving them from an email.
Step 3: Save and upload the form and selected, final, quotes securely here. (link will be provided later)
