Preferred group rates are $159 - $179 + applicable taxes and fees based on room type availability.

Crowne Plaza Fredericton – Lord Beaverbrook has controlled access parking at the hotel. Parking at a charge $16.50 CAD per day.
The East End Parking Garage is located next door to Fredericton Convention Centre on King Street. Enter your license plate number and pay at a payment station nearby, including one located near the FCC reception area (no need to return the receipt to your vehicle). Rate is $1.25 per hour for first 9 hours and between 9 and 24 hours prorated hourly to a maximum of $15.00
Metered on-street parking spaces are located on streets adjacent to the Fredericton Convention Centre (Queen, King, and St. John Streets) and use the HotSpot Parking app. Meters and surface lots are free of charge after 5pm daily and all weekend long.
There is a Level 2 electric vehicle charging station at the Crowne Plaza for guests.
Chargers are also available in the East End Parking Garage. Please note you are required to pay both charging and parking fees.
Additional Level 2 and DC fast chargers at the NB Power office at 527 King Street and behind Fredericton City Hall on York Street.
